Soon will be done another chapter
Once again it is due for cleaning
Dust allowed by time to gather

What pain is it to recall and remember
Obscured feelings from slumber awakening
Soon will be done another chapter

Even the summer's vivid bloom befalls to wither
Letting go of the past, a lesson excruciating
Dust allowed by time to gather

The wisdom of the gushing river
Time will flow, the world will keep its turning
Soon will be done another chapter

Burn the papers until they be ember
Since mem'ries though quiet will be speaking
Dust allowed by time to gather

Grace of moments, timeless, forever
By the door, the spirit of a beginning is knocking

I've been cleaning my space since yesterday. Everything is messy. Books have gathered dust. Photos are scattered everywhere. Quizzes, papers, reports, letters, receipts...all just seem to be randomly situated.

I have just graduated from college, and I know I am at another pivotal point in my life. To some degree, it feels that time has conjured events, and that everything feels so soon. But that's just how things usually are...

Specimens from my four years greet me and invite memories from the past. Those years were good and went well. And although I wish it did not end too quickly, I can only be thankful that it happened at all.

P.S. About the poetry, I'm really not used to writing with structure. I am not contented with how I wrote it, but i'm trying to strike a balance between structure and spontaneity. It's challenging to write a villanelle. ("
